How are personalised caps decorated?
We have two decoration methods available for decorating caps – printing and embroidery. Embroidery is the most common method, and we have a large range of coloured thread available, while printing is preferable for adding fine detail.
What materials are used to make custom caps?
Our hats are manufactured from a variety of high quality fabrics, including: brushed cotton, corduroy, cotton twill, cotton/spandex blends, hemp, microfibre, poly twill, polyester, recycled PET, and terry towelling to name a few.
Are there different sizes available?
Our custom printed caps are one-size-fits-most and unisex; with stretchy bands or adjustable closures, most head sizes can be accommodated. We also offer some products that are specific to kids’ sizes to ensure that everyone can be catered for.
What areas do you service?
We deliver our complete range of promotional caps Australia wide, including: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
